This is the report of a process and impact evaluation of the specialized domestic violence probation projects in Peoria, Sangamon, and Tazewell Counties in Illinois . The purpose of the evaluation was to assess the implementation processes of the three counties and their outcomes as well as the short-term impact of each of their specialized programs.
