In connection with a 2012 street disturbance in Chicago, this juvenile respondent was charged with two counts of aggravated battery and three counts of resisting a peace officer. Represented by the Public Defender, the juvenile entered into an agreement with the prosecution to plead guilty to one count of aggravated battery on a public way.
