Request pursuant to Sections 6-101 and 6-102(d) of the Illinois Public Utilities Act to resecure $42,000,000 principal amount of Ameren Illinois Companys 6.70% Senior Secured Notes due 2036, previously issued by Central Illinois Light Company, a predecessor of Ameren Illinois Company, and to subject to the lien of the Ameren Illinois Company mortgage indenture substantially all of the operating property that is currently subject to the lien of the Central Illinois Light Company mortgage indenture.
