The Department and specifically, the Illinois Office of Tourism, required each of its grantees to comply with the Illinois Human Rights Act and certify (i) that it will not commit unlawful discrimination in employment as that term is defined in Article 2 of said Act; (ii) that it will comply with the provisions of Article 5 of the Act regarding equal employment opportunities and affirmative action; and (iii) that it will comply with policies and procedures established by the Department of Human Rights under Article 7 of the Act regarding equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
