The Electronic Documents of Illinois provides permanent public access to official publications of the State of Illinois which have been deposited in electronic form.
Plaintiff, who was working as a tower planner at OHare Airport, had been employed by American Airlines for almost 24 years when she received a termination letter in January of 2012. Her application for unemployment insurance benefits was denied after American filed a protest, claiming that the termination was for misconduct at work.
